Rock memory

 The greatest Memory I have here at Slippery Rock so far is during the first semester of college. I met 2 other guys here at Slippery Rock, and I have become very close with them at college. We had the idea to start a flag football team for intermural sports here. However, this was not just a goofy flag football team; it was serious. Our team helped support suicide awareness called Play for 27. Jake Bayer was a football player here at Slippery Rock who committed suicide and we had his parents' permission to make the team. We have gotten a lot from each other and his parents to make this team to spread awareness for everyone.

Expectations

  My Expectations for this spring semester is to finish with a 4.0 GPA or higher. This is a very high goal to achieve, but it can be accomplished with good time management, hard work, and dedication. Studying for all tests and quizzes, doing the homework, and reading for each class. My major is physical activity fitness management. I want to be a personal trainer, so most of my classes are teaching, coaching, and physical activity. I always have to be moving and talking to make sure I am doing everything correctly. I want to make a positive impact on myself and my parents, so they can see me succeed. College is a great experience to learn more about yourself and what challenges you have to go through. However, for myself, I want to do better than I did in the fall semester. I want to have a bigger impact on myself and others around me.

Fine by me

Government police I agree with is would be the  mental health integration. Embedding mental health and wellbeing leaders in primary schools is becoming a critical, funded educational policy. This has been a major issue in the last few years and growing in schools and colleges with kids. Being able to do something about this can help kids get the treatment they need?

Snowbound

 There has been a lot going on since this snowstorm happened here at Slippery Rock. I spend most of my time in my dorm now playing Resident Evil to get ready for Resident Evil 9 later this month. At night i spend my nights watching hockey and horror movies a lot more since I don't want to be outside. For physical Activity, though, I have been playing pickleball every day for 4-5 hours to get cardio in and to keep practicing for my tournaments in the summer. This snowstorm has really helped me out a lot by letting me get my schoolwork done and then being able to do all the fun things I want to do.
